Try Universitatea „Lucian Blaga” Sibiu. They have a master's program, apparently in English. Not the best university in Romania, but it's not the worst either. Their site: http://stiinte.ulbsibiu.ro/ Also, check out: http://www.credis.ro/ It's the first time I've heard of them, but they seem to have the master you're interested in. Go here for Universitatea Transilvania Brasov: http://webyn.unitbv.ro/Default.aspx?alias=webyn.unitbv.ro/en They have some masters, although I'm not sure if any of them is what you're looking for. I couldn't find anything at the "big" universities either (Bucuresti, Timisoara, Cluj, Iasi, Craiova).

1) Hold off on PhD because it may not be worth it if you go into the field that doesn't require that. I would wait, it'll always be there. 2) What if you went into business development for a hospital, hospice, clinic of some sort? Operations manager, technology specialist for a hospital, nursing home, etc. That will get you in the door to find various desired positions. See if you like technology or business in healthcare better. If you do that in a healthcare setting it may open up views that you like and dislike about the two sides. I hope this helps. Good luck!

Congratulations! I would suggest that you find the state that you want to go to school in. Each state has a university system. Do research on that state, and find a list the schools that are available. Get the admission requirments, and make contact with the university(s). They will help you along with the process. I have my bachelors degree in business management and while looking for a job i noticed that there is a lot to IT jobs. I love business so i thought why not combine both and get my masters in business information technology. my questions are is that a good major and after graduation will i be able to find a job with my background?
